What is an AI automation agency?

Parvus scopes the work, builds the agent or automation, connects it to the systems you already use, hosts it, monitors it and fixes it when it breaks. You approve what it is allowed to say and do; we are accountable for whether it delivers.

Do you build software as well as AI?
Yes — both, and usually together. Parvus builds websites, internal apps, points of sale and custom business systems, and sets up and runs the platforms you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks and Hubtel. Automation on top of a business that still tracks stock on paper solves nothing, so we fix the foundation first when it needs fixing.
How much does AI automation cost in Ghana?
Nothing until it works. Once the result we agreed in writing is delivered, setup from GHS 1,500 falls due, followed by per-result rates — GHS 1.50 per customer conversation handled, GHS 3 per invoice or receipt produced. Every service is capped at GHS 2,500 a month, so a busy month cannot produce a bill you did not plan for.

Is it safe to let AI talk to our customers?
It is, because the agent only works from what you approved. It answers from your own price list, stock and policies, a person is always one message away, and it hands over anything it should not handle — medical, legal or tax questions included. Broadcasts only reach customers who agreed to hear from you, which also keeps your number safe from bans.
