Parvus works like a team you only pay when the job is done. You invest in outcomes, not in software licences that sit unused.
Once results are delivered, your bill is shaped by three things, and nothing else.
One · Setup
GHS 0 to start
Setup from GHS 1,500 covers discovery, configuration and build. It falls due only once your agreed result is delivered, and can be spread over your first three months. Custom technical builds are quoted separately. Setup from GHS 1,500, due only once the result is delivered.
Two · Ongoing

Billing starts the month the result is delivered. Quieter months cost less. Never more than GHS 2,500 a month per service.

We keep your configuration intact, no charges accrue, and we reactivate it when you're ready. No charges accrue while paused.
None of this is billed before your agreed result is delivered. After that, each service is capped at GHS 2,500 a month, every result is itemised on your monthly statement, and you are never billed for work that didn't happen.

Parvus connects only through the systems you name, behind access you control. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve it.
Most single services are live within one to two weeks of the consultation. Custom builds take longer, and you receive a committed delivery date in writing before work begins.
Nothing until it works. Once the agreed result is delivered, setup from GHS 1,500 falls due (payable over three months if you prefer), followed by per-result rates such as GHS 1.50 per customer conversation. Each service is capped at GHS 2,500 a month. The estimator above models a figure for your business. Read it
Then you don't pay. Before any build begins, we define in writing the result the service must achieve, for example a set number of enquiries answered and orders taken each week. Billing starts only in the month that result is met. If it never is, you owe nothing, setup included.
No. A smartphone is enough; we host and operate everything else. The only additional costs are ones you choose, such as your advertising budget or standard Paystack and MoMo transaction fees.
We monitor everything we run and usually resolve issues before you notice, at no additional cost. Your team can reach us at any time, and customer messages continue to reach you directly while we fix it.
