Privacy, in plain words

What we collect

From this website: your name, business name, phone number and whatever you write in the contact form or the call-back box. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.

From working together: whatever your setup needs to run, named in your written agreement before anything is connected. That can include customer messages, orders, invoices and payment records.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or visitor analytics on this site.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to quote for work, and to run the services you have asked us to run. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people working on your setup.

Who else handles it

Messages and call-back requests you send through this site are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of these sees only what is needed to deliver your message.

Anything in your own tools — WhatsApp, Google, your POS — stays with those companies under their own terms. We work inside them; we do not copy your data elsewhere.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are talking and for up to a year afterwards. Records we hold for a live client are kept for as long as we work together, and deleted within 30 days of the work ending unless you ask us to hold them longer.

Your say

Ask us what we hold on you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. One message ends our access to your tools, at any time and without notice.
